Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 300g greek yogurt (thick)
- 1 cucumber, large
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- salt
Cooking Instructions
- 1.Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves.
- 2.Cut fresh dill.
- 3.Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and grate (medium). Squeeze the grated cucumber in order to remove the water and transfer to the separate bowl.
- 4.Add Greek yogurt to the bowl.
- 5.Add garlic, dill, salt, olive oil and red wine vinegar by spreading equally.
- 6.Stir gently and season to taste.
- 7.Refrigerate the salad before serving.
