Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 300g greek yogurt (thick)
  • 1 cucumber, large
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • salt

Cooking Instructions

  • 1.Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves.

  • 2.Cut fresh dill.

  • 3.Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and grate (medium). Squeeze the grated cucumber in order to remove the water and transfer to the separate bowl.

  • 4.Add Greek yogurt to the bowl.

  • 5.Add garlic, dill, salt, olive oil and red wine vinegar by spreading equally.

  • 6.Stir gently and season to taste.

  • 7.Refrigerate the salad before serving.
